Under the EU ( European Union ) regulations 2015, all traders who engage in on-line sales & services within the EU ( European Union ), are required to provide consumers with an accessible electronic link to the Online Dispute Resolution platform. You can submit your complaint via the Online Dispute Resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
