Digital VAT Info. Stan Prucha does not charge Value-Added Tax ( VAT ) within the Republic of Ireland & the EU ( European Union ) as we do not exceed the Value-Added Tax ( VAT ) thresholds set in the Republic of Ireland or in EU ( European Union ). Whenever we are going to exceed the VAT threshold in the Republic of Ireland or E.U., we will register for VAT and start charging it!

Refunds
We are happy to give you full refund if you change your mind before your ad/s are being served on-line. Please note there will be no refund during or after the ad/s has / have been served on-line or printed! There might be charges from us for the work already done for you on the ad/s. The bank or / and PayPay will charge you their charges for the money conversion, transfer and/or other! We are not responsible for these charges!
The refund is only issued for the on-line ad/ads placement. There is no refund for other involved work or Bank/ PayPal charges and/or other charges!
No refund for tricky ad/ads that has been taken down due to complaints!
Complaints Procedure
Please contact our Customer Care as your first point of contact for your complaint.
If you wish to complain to us about something related to Stan Prucha Business, you can do so by contacting us. Once you have contacted, we will proceed with the investigation and let you know the resorts in writing by e-mail within 10 working days if possible or / and further investigation not needed.
