If you Disagree with our terms & conditions, please do not order any product/s and/or services from our E-shop.

We may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.

The term ‘Stan Prucha’  or ‘me’ or ‘I’ or ‘we’ or ‘us’ or ‘our’ refers to Stan Prucha & his team, the owner and operator of Stan Prucha sites. ( We means Stan himself & his team! )

The term ‘Site/s’ or’ Sites’ refers to our owned and/or operated on-line site/s & our social media accounts.

The term ‘you’ or ‘ your’ and like expressions refers to the shopper, person or company placing the order, user, or viewer of our site/s.


Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.


These terms and conditions will apply to you upon placing an order.

You need to register on our site stanprucha.com in order to purchase our products. 

You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts!

You must be at least 18 years old in order to used our E-shop!



5. Contract between You & Us

After placing your order on our stanprucha.com site, you will receive a Confirmation Email. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy the product/s you have ordered. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email which confirms that the order is ready to download or has been dispatched (Digital Product/s ” Your Order Is Ready to Download “ or Physical Product/s ” Your Order Has Been Dispatched “). The contract will be formed when we send you this confirmation, unless we contact you that we do not accept your order or if you have cancelled. The contract might start as well if you order by e-mail, phone or ordering in person.

6. Communication between You & Us

Please make sure the e-mail/s is from stanprucha.com as sometimes Phishing scams are attempts by scammers to trick you into giving out personal information such as your bank account numbers, passwords and credit card numbers.

We never ask you these details over e-mails, phone or any other way!

Please make sure you are using stanprucha.com site/s and not just a copy or scam site/s. We are not responsible for any loss if you do so!



7. Products

We sell digital & physical products. We reserve the right to alter our products & prices without any notice. Product shades & shapes may vary. Measurements are approximate. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale without notice!



8. Payment Methods Available

All payments must be received & cleared before any Digital and/or Physical Products are delivered!

Our prices are in Euro Fiat Currency but we also do accept other Fiat currencies and Crypto currencies.

Personal Customers;

E-shop Customers

We accept Only Credit/Debit Cards & PayPal.

Please note that you will not receive any services and/or product/s until the payment has been received & cleared!

Off-line Customers

We also accept Cash ( On Site Only ), Cheques ( Republic of Ireland Only ) & Bank Transfers. Please tell us ahead which way you wish to pay.

We do not charge Value-Added Tax ( VAT ) as we do not exceed the Value-Added Tax ( VAT ) thresholds set in the Republic of Ireland. Value-Added Tax (VAT) registration is obligatory when the VAT thresholds are exceeded or are likely to be exceeded in any 12 month period. The threshold for the Republic of Ireland is €37.500 for supplying services. Whenever we are going to exceed the VAT threshold in the Republic of Ireland, we will register for VAT and start charging it!

Ireland Business Customers;

( Located & established in the Republic of Ireland )

If you are a business placing an order you will be unable to claim any Value-Added Tax ( VAT ) or other taxes or equivalent from us.

We do not charge Value-Added Tax ( VAT ) as we do not exceed the Value-Added Tax ( VAT ) thresholds set in the Republic of Ireland. E.U. / Cross-Border Value-Added Tax ( VAT )

E.U. Personal Customers;

( Not located in the Republic of Ireland )

E.U. Distance Selling

E.U. Distance Selling regulation applies to Physical Product/s ( not Digital ) dispatched or transported from one EU Member Country to a person in another Member Country who is not registered for VAT.

There is EU VAT threshold which vary from E.U. country to E.U. country, it is either €35,000 or €100,000. Once the threshold is crossed, it is mandatory to register in that E.U. member country for VAT and charge that local E.U. member country’s VAT & account it there as well.

Goods ordered via the internet but physically supplied are considered to be distance sales for VAT purposes. Digitized goods, goods downloading by the customer via the internet are considered to be services. More info Digital Product/s & Service/s.

E.U. Business Customers;

( Not located in the Republic of Ireland )

Sell of product/s to business from one E.U. member country to other E.U. member country, VAT is not charged!

Goods ordered via the internet but physically supplied are considered to be distance sales for VAT purposes. Digitized goods, goods downloading by the customer via the internet are considered to be services. More info Digital Product/s & Service/s.


Outside E.U. Personal & Business Customers;

There is no Value-Added Tax ( VAT ) charged to the Personal & Business customers in some countries outside the E.U. ( European Union ) unless the service is effectively used & enjoyed in an EU country then the local VAT is applicable in that E.U. country.

Customs Duty & Import Taxes

There might be customs duty & import taxes on certain type of goods if you order from us from outside E.U. ( European Union ). The customs duty & import taxes are paid by you to your government/tax office. Please check or contact your local government website or services for any customs duty & import taxes information before ordering from us! We do not offer or give any refund for any customs duty & import taxes, it is your responsibility.


Digital Product/s & Service/s

Ireland Personal Customers;

( Located & established in the Republic of Ireland )

Business to Customer ( B2C )

At the moment we only sell our digital product/s & services to private customers located & established in the Republic of Ireland! 

This is due to the EU regulation; from 1 January 2015 telecommunications, broadcasting and electronic services are always taxed in the country where the customer belongs and the requirement to have two non-conflicting pieces of evidence of the customer residency. This is very costly procedure which many small sized business can’t afford but the regulation is going to be changed in the near future by 2019 & 2021. We are looking forward to this change so we can sell our digital product/s & service/s to all E.U. member countries.

If you wish you can order physical copy of the product/s  which you will receive by post to your address within 2-5 working days. 

E.U. Business Customers;

( Not located & established in the Republic of Ireland )

Business to Business ( B2B )

If you are an E.U. Business customer located and established in other E.U. county, not in the Republic of Ireland, you self-account for the VAT, reverse charge VAT.


Outside E.U. Customers

( Not located & established in the Republic of Ireland or E.U. and/or the digital service/s not used & enjoyed in an EU country! )

Personal Customers ( B2C );

There is no Value-Added Tax ( VAT ) charged onto digital product/s & services in some countries outside the E.U. ( European Union ) unless the threshold for digital services is surpassed.

If the service/s is/are effectively used & enjoyed in an EU country then the local VAT is applicable in that E.U. country.

At the moment we supply our digital product/s to these non E.U. countries only Australia, Canada, Iceland, Japan, Liechtenstein, New Zealand, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Switzerland & U.S.A.

Please check or contact your local government website or services for any digital VAT information before ordering from us!

Business Customers ( B2B ) ;

There is no Value-Added Tax ( VAT ) charged onto digital product/s & services in some countries outside the E.U. ( European Union ).

Some countries allow reverse charge VAT & some countries don’t.

At the moment we supply our digital product/s to these non E.U. countries only Australia, Canada, Iceland, Japan, Liechtenstein, New Zealand, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Switzerland & U.S.A.



10. Prices, Transaction, Other Fees & Charges

Our prices are in Euro ( € EUR )

Our prices are in Euro ( € EUR ). Please check your exchange rates before ordering! You might be charged additional fees for international transactions, bank transaction & other fees! Check your bank fees before ordering! We are & we will not be responsible for these charges!

You might be charge additional fees by your internet provider when uploading / downloading  our/your digital content. Before ordering, check with your internet provider if there are any additional fee when uploading / downloading our/your digital content. We are & will not be responsible for these charges!

There is no minimum or maximum order for our digital and/or physical goods.

Our product prices charges are liable to change at any time.

It may not always be possible that all of the product/s listed on our site may be correctly priced. We are under no obligation to provide the product/s to you at the incorrect lower price/s.

We are using PayPal payment gateway for PayPal and / or Credit/Debit card payments which gives you full security. PayPal is designed to be one of the safest ways to pay money on-line.  We don’t store your PayPal and/or your Credit / Debit card details or process your payments directly so we don’t accept liability for any losses or costs incurred or sustained by customers who transmit PayPal and/or Credit/Debit card information. Any issues arise must be sorted directly with PayPal or your bank. We only store your customers details which is your log in details; user name and your password, your billing and shipping address & your contact number & email. Our Bank account is located in AIB in the Republic of Ireland.



11. E-vouchers & Vouchers, Gift Cards & Promotion Codes

You can redeem your e-vouchers, vouchers, gift cards & promotion codes at the check out. E-vouchers, vouchers,  gift cards & promotion codes cannot be redeemed for cash! You might be able to use only one E-vouchers, vouchers,  gift cards and/or promotion codes per transaction! Only Stan Prucha E-vouchers, vouchers,  gift cards and/or promotion codes can be used! E-vouchers, vouchers,  gift cards and/or promotion codes can’t be applied after a sale has been completed!

Some of the e-vouchers, vouchers & gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.



12. Special Offers

Please note from time to time we may offer special offers, bundle buys and / or promotions and / or discounts and / or clear out!  We clearly mark the bundles buys and / or promotions and / or discounts on our site/s or advertise them. We also always mark them clearly how long they last.



13. Ordering

You can order our digital products on-line using our site stanprucha.com.

You need to register in order to purchase our products.

After placing your order on our stanprucha.com site, you will receive a Confirmation Email from Stan Prucha E-Shop – shop ( at ) stanprucha.com Order Receipt ” Thank you for your order“. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy the product/s you have ordered. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email which confirms that the order is ready to download or has been dispatched ” Your order is complete). The contract will be formed when we send you this confirmation, unless we contact you that we do not accept your order or if you have cancelled it.

After placing your order using our stanprucha.com site, the final step in the ordering process is the payment. You will be handed over to PayPal site for payment.

Payment debit will occur 2 to 7 days after you placing the order.

Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for an order being held back as a result of incorrect details being given.

If you experience any difficulties processing your order or  payment, please contact our customer care.

Other Ways to Order

You may as well order by e-mail, phone or in person. Please note if you wish to order in person, we can meet up.  We do not have walk in shop or office, we meet our customers in Cafes, Restaurants or in their offices in Co.Wexford in the Republic of Ireland or near by.



14. Delivery

Delivery – Digital Products

When we receive your order we will automatically send you an e-mail confirming e-mail of receipt of your order details. This Confirmation Email will be sent to the e-mail address that you supplied to us upon the placement of your order. This e-mail is not a guarantee of availability nor acceptance.

In normal circumstances your will be able to download your products within few seconds to minutes, just after we have received your order & the full payment, unless there are exceptional circumstances. After placing your order, we will automatically send you an e-mail, confirming your order & downloadable link/s for your product or you can go to your account at stanprucha.com to the download section to download your digital produckt/s. If we can’t deliver your digital product, we will try to contact you. If you can’t download your product, get in touch with us so we can help you.

Please note there is no refund after you have finished downloaded the digital product/s that you bought!

Delivery Service Charges – Digital Products

There are no charges from us. There might be data & other charges from your internet provider. Please check your data package or how much you are charge for downloading content prior your order! We are & we will be not responsible for your data charges from your internet provider!

Delivery – Physical Products

We deliver our physical product/s within  E.U. (European Union);

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden & UK.

Non E.U. Countries;

Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, U.S.A, Canada, Australia, Japan & other non E.U. countries upon request.

After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming your order & all the delivery details. In normal circumstances your order will be dispatched within 3 working days after we have received the full payment from you, unless there are exceptional circumstances. If we can’t dispatch your order, we will try to contact you. If you have special delivery request or note, write it down when placing your order in the section for it.

We can only deliver to a valid address. We are unable to accept orders for delivery to a PO Box address. There might be other types of addresses to which, we are not able to accept orders for delivery.

Deliveries will be made to the address that you have nominated. Your signature will be required or the products will not be delivered.

We might have to amend or cancel your order due to the following;

The product you have ordered is out of stock, pricing or product description error, technical faults with our site or systems, you didn’t meet our criteria set out in our policies or we were unable to obtain authorization for your payment.

Delivery Service Charges – Physical Products

We use An Post for all orders. Please note, as we do not deliver the orders ourselves, we might not be able to pass your special delivery request instructions to An Post.

Delivery Service charges  is  €20.00 small packet max 0.5kg or €50.00 large parcel max 2kg. Maximum weight per single delivery. We might put 2 or 3 items together up to the maximum weight or dimensions allowed by the post or if it would not destroyed the product/s. If it could destroy the product/s then single packet or parcel will be used and you will be charge by each item, not max weight. Delivery time within Europe 2-5 working days & Worldwide 20-30 working days from the dispatch. Please note we use registered post services & your order has to be signed for. All orders must be signed for by the recipient. If you are not present to accept the delivery an attempted delivery docket will be left ( Vary from country to country ). You will be able to collect your order from your local sorting office where it will be held for collection for 3-4 days ( Vary from country to country ). If you don’t collect your order within this time period it will be returned to us. We will notify you  by e-mail that we receive your order back. Please note we will charge you the shipping cost if we have to resend and/or redirect your order to you.

A “Working Day” any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or Public holiday.

No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or Public holiday. ( Vary from country to country )

Delivery Charges include; Postage & Wrapping & Manual Handling.



15. Cancellations & Returns

Cancellations & Returns – Digital Product/s

You  can cancel your order at any time without reason, within the time periods of 14 calendar days, in each case starting on the day after buying the digital product. You must inform us that you are cancelling the contract by a written statement by an e-mail.  Please note there is no refund once you click the download link and  you have finished downloading the digital product/s that you bought! We will only give you full refund if you haven’t downloaded the product/s that you bought.

Please note you don’t need to use our Order Cancellation Form, you can just send a note to cancellation@stanprucha.com.

By sending us mail you agree with the storage and handling of your data by us.

You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the product/s exclude any download costs and/or Bank/PayPal fees on your side. We will return your money to you by re-crediting it to the payment method you used to pay for the product/s without any delay within 14 days of the day we have received the product/s you wish to return.

The refunds will be made in Euro (EUR €). We can not guarantee or control the exchange rates, it might not be the same amount!

Cancellations & Returns – Physical Product/s

You  can cancel your order at any time without reason, within the time periods of 14 calendar days E.U. customers & 28 days International customers, in each case starting on the day after buying the physical product/s. Please note there is no refund if you damage the product/s and then return the damaged product/s to us.

Please note you don’t need to use our Order Cancellation Form, you can just send a note to cancellation@stanprucha.com.

Return the product/s to us in the same condition in which you received it/them and at your own cost and risk no later than 14 calendar days E.U. customers & 28 days International customers, from the day on your decision to withdraw from the contract. You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the product/s including postage cost you have paid for the delivery of the product/s to you, exclude Bank/PayPal/Crypto/Digital or any other fees on your side. Return costs shall be paid by you unless we agree to pay for it due to our mistake! We will pay the return cost only up to the value of the shipping cost to you!

Please check you delivery in front of the delivery service, any damage has to be reported straight away without any delay!

We will return your money to you by re-crediting it to the payment method you used to pay for the product/s without any delay within 14 days of the day we have received the product/s you wish to return.

The refunds will be made in Euro (EUR €). We can not guarantee or control the exchange rates, it might not be the same amount!

You must tell us that you want to cancel the purchase. It is not enough to just send the goods back. You must inform us that you are sending back the goods by a written statement by an e-mail. You must send the unused goods back within 14 calendar days E.U. customers & 28 day International customers, from the day on your decision to withdraw from the contract..

We can’t guarantee to received the correspondence so it should be registered. We are not responsible for any lost items, you have to deal directly with the post or the delivery company.



16. Data Safety

Data Protection Acts & Electronic Privacy Regulations

All data provided by you to us as part of the order process will be treated securely & in accordance with E.U. and the Republic of Ireland.

We collect only basic information that is needed to run our eShop and the data that E.U. law enforce us to collect. We do not sell any data to 3rd parties. Our site/s using SSL encrypted  technology to add extra protection. If you are our customer, please use strong password and change it regularly.

When you visit Stan Prucha site https://stanprucha.com, we only collect your IP address, Country Location, Device Specifications.

When you shop on Stan Prucha site https://stanprucha.com, we collect your Name, Surname, Business Name and VAT Number, Address, IP address, Country Location, Device Specifications, E-mail & Phone. This collected information is used for tax purposes. We use analytics to track your ip location to determinate correct vat. We do not collect or store your Credit / Debit card details. We store receipt with the transaction for tax purpose which we have to by the Irish and EU law.We use Google Analytics to track our sites traffic. We use Cookies.

18. Complaints Procedure

Please contact our Customer Care as your first point of contact for your complaint.

If you wish to complain to us about anything related to our e-shop or our site/s, you can do so by contacting us. Once you have contacted, we will proceed with the investigation and let you know the resorts in writing by e-mail within 10 working days if possible or / and further investigation not needed.

Stan Prucha / Wexford Tips copyrighted content can not  be reproduced without our written permission or license. We will send you invoice if we learn that you have used our copyrighted content.

No  content of our E-shop may be reproduced without our written permission.



21. Law

Our E-Shop Terms & Conditions shall for all purposes be governed by & interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Our customers & we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Republic of Ireland. The place of performance of this agreement shall be Republic of Ireland.



22. Disclaimer

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information / material contained on our site/s & e-shop, we assume no responsibility for & give no guarantees, undertakings or warranties concerning the accuracy, completeness or up to date nature of the information provided on our site/s & we do not accept any liability whatsoever arising from any errors or omissions.

Our E-shop does not supply any professional advice, only suggestions!
